The ECCCSAs

The award-winning European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running and largest awards programme in the European customer contact industry. The programme recognises organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.

The awards are highly regarded for its robust judging process and recognise organisations that continually innovate to improve the customer experience, value their people and operate efficiently and effectively.

ECCCSA winners often liken the achievement to ‘winning an Oscar’, highlighting just how respected and prestigious the ECCCSA’s have become in raising the profile of the customer contact operation, its capabilities and its stars.

The ECCCSAs are seeing incredible growth with over 1,250 industry professionals from 34 different countries attending the Awards Evening in 2022.

In its 24th year, these awards are the longest running European awards programme in the industry, with over close to 1,200 industry professionals at the 2023 Awards Evening.
It’s truly European with 36 countries taking part last year.
The judges are credible volunteer judges that are customer contact industry professionals, who know what ‘award-winning’ looks like.
The judging process is famed for being highly credible and robust with over 2,000 hours of face-to-face judging.
Sponsors do not have a judging vote, ensuring the integrity of the judging process.
Previous attendees tell us that the Awards Evening is of the highest quality and is the most entertaining awards evening in the industry.
Nominations are welcome for organisations of any size; the judging process is fair and does not favour organisation size or brands.
